Pursuing Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science on topic titled “Impact of data assimilation on fog forecasting over Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR)” at Department of Atmospheric and Space Sciences. Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune
Active Member in the development of operational Ensemble Probability Fog forecast System (EPFS; 21 member) of the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, Ministry of Earth Sciences, India. The EPFS product facilitate the probability forecast of visibility with four different Category (CAT2, CAT3A, CAT3B, and CAT3C) at six main airports in the IGP region. In addition, EPFS provide spatial probability forecast of dense fog (Vis < 200 m) over the IGP region [Link ]
